1st Birthday Celebrations

Happy Birthday to us! ❤️💙 What an incredible day it has been, from start to finish! Today marked our very first birthday celebration, and we are completely overwhelmed by the love, support and kindness we received.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and helped us celebrate – from the amazing organisations, to the unsigned artists, supporters, friends, families and everyone else who has been part of our journey.

21 Young Hearts is such a special place, and that is entirely down to the incredible people involved and every single person who has supported us throughout this past year.

Here’s to 21 Young Hearts, another year of creating opportunities, bringing people together and making the world a more inclusive place❤️💙

We also raised circa of £1000❤️💙
